缺氧使线粒体凋亡

线粒体是产生能量(ATP)的地方。我们已经知道,增加线粒体中的氧,可以使ATP产量增多。

如果缺氧,不仅线粒体产生的ATP减少,而且制造ATP的线粒体本身也会受损,甚至凋亡。

ATP生成减少,人会感到没有精神,精力不集中,做事丢三落四,不愿意与人交流,更不愿意活动,有些人甚至产生肥胖和/或抑郁......

Mitochondria are where energy (ATP) is produced. We already know that increasing the amount of oxygen in the mitochondria increases ATP production.    

Without oxygen, not only do mitochondria produce less ATP, but the mitochondria that make ATP themselves suffer damage and even apoptosis.
